Under the Bleachers: Kicker kicks Combine butt
Welcome to Under the Bleachers, where the best NFL writers from Bleacher Report give their unique take on the latest action.

Studs and Duds at the Combine

Forget about everyone else. David Buehler ran a 4.54 40 and benched 225 pounds 25 times. And the guy is a kicker. To hell with kicking, Buehler was even better than the running backs. Compared to Andre Smith, he was a combination of Vernon Davis and Mike Mamula. Or at least present.

That Lovable Cowboys Circus

Why do we never get enough? Seriously, with Tony Romo as strong man, Terrell Owens as the diabolical clown, Jerry Jones as ring master and Jessica Simpson as the amazing fat lady singing that last song -- the better question is: When can we get more?

Kurt Warner - Never Gonna Get It

The Hall of Fame, that is. The guy is streakier than Will Ferrell in "Old School." Then again, we reconsider: he will be in the Hall of Fame. The International Hall of Fame of Arena Football. And maybe toss in Grocery Baggers for good measure. Canton is no place for QBs who use gloves on their throwing hand ... playing in Arizona.

Nip Tuck for Justin Tuck?

Tuck doesn't want to go under the knife. Why -- because he's afraid of a little surgery? Look at Plaxico Burress. He shot himself in the leg. If that doesn't inspire Tuck to take one for the team, he just might have a brain.

Laveranues Coles Leaving on a Jet Plane

Which means Brett Favre won't have anyone to throw errant, reception-ready passes to. Oops -- hold on. Favre retired. A second time. Maybe New York can look to sign Steve Young and Keyshawn Johnson? They could even almost make the playoffs again.
